Weather to Blame for Decrease in Pending Home Sales Index
Pending home sales are down and additional declines are expected from abnormal weather conditions, according to a report from the National Association of Realtors®.

Sending Your Kansas License Renewal in Late? Beware!

If you send your license renewal to the Kansas Real Estate Commission as close to the deadline as possible, that may cost you!

 

The United States Postal Service has stopped stamping the postmark date on many applications that are received by KREC. As a result, the Commission is no longer able to verify the date a renewal application was mailed.
